Parks Annual Pass
The Equestrian Trails Patrol is a statewide organization of trail riders deputized by CSHA. Each deputy is entitled under proper circumstances to wear the patrolman's badge. Each must be individually dedicated to the promotion and promulgation of good trails, adequate trail rules, ordinances and laws governing the use of trails in California and to the promulgation of these rules. Each deputy will assist all who use trails to understand and obey them, and will work for the protection of property owners and their rights and interests so that better understanding will be promoted between trail users and property owners. A deputized Equestrian Trails Patrolman does not have police powers.
