Winery Ride Registration Form

Bring your horse and join one of our guided rides to three famous Livermore Wineries!  These trails are not open to the public, this is your only chance to ride through the vineyards!

Each group rides through the vineyards and arrives at Murietta's Well for tastings with food paired especially for the wines.

After a beautiful stop you continue your ride through the vineyards and arrive at Wente Estate Winery where you enjoy more food and wine followed by a walk over to Tamas Estates to indulge in more tasting and treats!

After your stop there you return to your horse and ride back through the vineyards to Robertson Park.

Be sure to bring your cash or credit cards!  Any purchases you make will be transported back to Robertson Park and be waiting for you on your return!

Car tours are also offered for the same price so your non-riding friends can join you in this great adventure.  This event requires pre-registration.

You must be 21 or older to participate.

Ok, now for the serious stuff:

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE ON THE WINERY RIDE

NO STALLIONS, NO SCHOOLING, NO PONYING

  Important Information:

The wine ride is at a WALK only.  You are in a group of 23 riders so, of course, having a horse that will walk head to tail in a group is very important. Your horse must tie, not pull back or be a kicker when tied (they are really close to one another when tied).  You are responsible for your own horse’s behavior.   This event is not for beginner riders or people who do not ride on a regular basis. You are responsible for your own horse.

The group rides to the first winery and has about 35 minutes to sample wine, buy wine and eat the great food, then onto the next winery where there are actually two wineries in one location and more good wine and food.  That stop is about 35 minutes.  All in all, from the time the group leaves til their return is approximately 3 1/2 hours.  The actual trail is only a couple of miles out and back and it is flat.

If you purchase wine it will be delivered back to the place where your trailer is parked, waiting at the check-in table.  Be sure to bring a halter, lead rope and rain gear, if needed, as there will NOT be a rain date and there are NO REFUNDS.

NOTE: If you don’t have a horse, bring your car for a car winery tour!  You can drive and meet up with your group and enjoy the event.  Must pre-register.
