RELEASE AND WAIVER

Inconsideration of acceptance of this application, the undersigned and each of the team members for whom the undersigned signs for hereby releases and forever discharges and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the California State Horsemen's Association, and its affiliated groups, members, agents, servants and employees of and from any and all loss, liability or damage arising out of any personal injury and/or property damage occurring to the applicant, or any individual which comprises the applicant, arising out of, directly or indirectly, participating in the CSHA drill team competition.

The individual signing this Release and Waiver further acknowledges that he or she is authorized to execute this release and waiver on behalf of all persons who are a member of the drill team.
